膨胀玻化微珠的显微结构及其吸湿性能研究

摘    要:膨胀珍珠岩因其高吸湿性而不宜用在气候潮湿地区的建筑物外保温工程中.以膨胀珍珠岩为参照,研究了旨在减少膨胀珍珠岩吸水吸湿性而开发的膨胀玻化微珠的微观结构和吸湿性能.研究结果表明,膨胀玻化微珠因其表层外壳易破碎而不完全呈闭孔状.膨胀玻化微珠与膨胀珍珠岩有相近的比表面积、孔容积及相似的等温吸湿曲线.但膨胀玻化微珠因其微孔数量略多于膨胀珍珠岩而呈现出略大的吸湿性和较快的吸湿速率.

Abstract:The expanded perlite particles are not suitable for applications in the building envelopes in humid areas because of their high water absorption properties.The microstructure and sorption properties are studied on the expanded and vitrified small balls which are developed to decrease the sorption properties of the expanded perlite particles.The results show that the expanded and vitrified small balls are not fully porous-closed because of their brittle shell.There are close surface areas and pore volume,as ...
