基于DMC-PID串级算法的起步离合器MAP图控制

摘    要:分析了机械式自动变速器(AMT)车辆起步时离合器的接合过程。以降低起步冲击度和减小离合器滑摩功为目标,由油门开度、发动机转速、怠速目标转速以及一轴转速等参数提出了起步离合器MAP图控制策略。采用DMC-PID串级预测控制算法对离合器位置进行了动态跟踪,充分发挥了DMC算法的超前预测性、强鲁棒性以及PID控制算法的抗干扰能力。在上海华普AMT样车上进行了起步离合器道路试验,所提出的起步离合器MAP图控制策略得到了成功应用。
