国产300MW机组UP型直流炉改造为控制循环汽包炉的研究与实践

Study and practice of conversion of homemade 300 MW UP type once-through boiler to drum type controlled circulation boiler

This paper briefs the retrofitting situation of300MWUP type once-through boiler in Jiangsu Jianbi Power Plant and the handling of several key problems during retrofitting,including the linking-up of thermodynamic parameters,safety of fluid-flow working condition,burner performance,and optimized retrofit of heating surface etc.,sums up the retrofit achievement and experience gained as well as the analysis and handling of problems occurring during retrofit,affording the reference for the retrofit of same type boiler.
