基于CFD技术管道气体流场计算与分析

摘    要:基于CFD技术,运用CFD软件结合气体运动基本理论,以电子束焊接真空系统中管道设计为例,对中真空条件下气体在管道内的流动状态、速度、压力分布进行2D有限元数值模拟仿真和可视化研究,为真空系统管道参数确定和结构优化设计提供了有参考价值的数据。提出在真空系统设计选择前级泵时,为保证获得较大的抽速,达到高效与经济的效果,优先考虑主泵排气口直径与前级泵相匹配,再校核前级泵最大反压力和最大排气量,可以极大提高设计效率。

Abstract:According to the theory of gas movement and CFD, the 2D finite element analysis and numerical simulation method is used to research the velocity, the pressure distribution, the flowing state of gas in pipe and vacuum chamber based on the structure of the pipeline for vacuum system of electron beam welding. This research has offered theory frame of valued reference for designing and optimizing the structure of the pipeline for vacuum system. In order to acquire higher gas pumping rate with high effect and low cost ,the match of the diameter of main'pump and backing vacuum pump is preferred, then check the maximum backing pressure and the maximum quantity of pumping gas, while selecting the backing vacuum pump. It can improve the effect of designing vacuum system.
