摘    要:针对橡胶聚合过程中转化率检测耗时长、对指导生产相对滞后的问题,开发了在线近红外光谱检测乳聚丁苯橡胶聚合过程转化率分析技术,建立了检测模型,并对其可靠性进行了验证。结果表明,仪器检测与化验室人工分析转化率结果之间的绝对偏差基本在±2以内,误差较小且缩短了分析时间。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of long time consuming in detection of conversion in rubber polymerization and relatively lagging behind in guiding production,the online near infrared spectroscopy analysis technology for the conversion detection of emulsion polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber polymerization process was developed,and the detection model was established and its reliability was verified.The results showed that the absolute deviation of the conversion between the instrument detection and laboratory analysis results was within±2,the error was small and the analysis time was shortened.
