摘    要:以四氢糠醚(THFA)为结构调节剂合成了结合苯乙烯质量分数为15%的溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR),考察了结构调节剂THFA的用量、聚合温度对微观结构、耐低温性能、门尼黏度及拉伸强度的影响.结果表明,玻璃化转变温度(Tg)随结合苯乙烯质量分数的增加呈线性增加;随THFA用量的增加,1,2-结构质量分数增大,Tg随着THFA用...

Abstract:Solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber(SSBR)with low bound styrene mass fraction of 15%was synthesized with tetrahydrofurfuryl ether(THFA)as structure regulator.The effects of regulator amount,polymerization temperature on microstructure,low temperature resistance,Mooney viscosity and tensile strength were studied.The results showed that the glass transition temperature(Tg)increased linearly with the increasing mass fraction of bound styrene.With the increaing THFA amount,the mass fraction of 1,2-unit increased.Tg decreased with the increasing THFA amount.The low bound styrene content SSBR had low heat build-up,good wear resistance and low rolling resistance,but its wet skid resistance was not as good as that of general brand.Tg was about-45℃,which was significantly lower than that of general brand.When the Mooney viscosity was about 65,its mechanical properties were better.
