| 摘 要： | 基于半导体制冷器的常规恒温控制系统中,每块半导体制冷器仅基于所控制区域温度信号对该区域进行调整,区域间的温度场耦合作用将导致控制稳定性变差.针对这个问题,提出一种区域间温度场耦合补偿的解决方案.将被控电路系统分割成多个控制区域,针对系统结构建立区域间的温度场耦合量化模型,量化耦合作用,补偿当前区域控制算法.仿真结果表明:该方法可以有效抑制区域间温度场耦合影响,提高被控系统的温度稳定性.
