基于静力学分析的精密磨抛机机架设计及优化

摘    要:运用三维仿真软件Solidworks设计BSC-36G机型磨抛机机架模型,优化模型,再导入ANSYSWorkbench中对机架模型进行有限元静力学分析,分析磨抛机机架在静力载荷下的力学性能,得到机架的应力和变形分布云图,分析计算结果,验证设计合理性,并根据分析结果对机架进行进一步改进优化,改善了磨抛机的磨抛性能.

Abstract:Using three-dimensional simulation software Solidworks to design and then to optimize the frame model of BSC-36G grinding and polishing machine, the author imports the model to ANSYSWorkbench to perform the static finite element a-nalysis of the grinding and polishing machine, and analyzes the mechanical properties of grinding and polishing machine frameunder static load, then gets the rack stress and deformation contours. By analyzing the results, the author verifies the reasona-bleness of this design, and gets the further improvements according to the analysis, finally the grinding and polishing perform-ance of machine are improved.
