摘    要:建立涂层钢板模型,采用单元生死技术,利用有限元软件分析热喷涂过程涂层钢板的温度场和应力场分布,为预测和分析涂层显微组织,优化喷涂工艺,提高喷涂层与基体结合的稳定性提供依据.

Abstract:In order to analyze the temperature and stress distribution of coating steel plate during thermal spraying process, fi-nite element software is used with the coating steel plate model and the element life and death technique. It provides a methodto forecast and analyze coating microstructure, to optimize spray craft, and to raise the stability of spray coating combining withthe basal body.
