基于滚动直线导轨动态特性分析与有限元仿真

摘    要:通过对滚动直线导轨的受力分析,并基于赫兹接触理论,建立了滚动直线导轨的动力学模型,并考虑了刚度的非线性;对导轨进行了Ansys有限元分析,求出其模态振型和固有频率,并研究了不同固定方式对其动态特性的影响,得到了一些有用的结论,给工程实际提供了一定的参考.

Abstract:Through the force analysis of rolling linear guide, and based on Hertz contact theory, a dynamic model of the linearrolling guide was established with consideration of the nonlinear stiffness; the ansys finite element analysis was carried out onthe guide rail, and the modal shape and natural frequency were found out, and the influence that different fixed ways work onits dynamic characteristics was studied, and finally some useful conclusions were obtained in this paper, thus a certain refer-ence to the engineering practice was provided.
