汽车电动空调系统的研究与仿真

摘    要:基于汽车非独立式空调系统工作稳定性差、停车无法使用等现状,提出了独立式电动空调系统的方案和设计思路,一方面用模糊控制器来控制汽车行车时压缩机转速实现汽车室内温度的智能控制.另一方面在原有系统的基础上将压缩机由原来的发动机驱动改为由发动机和电动机选择性驱动,实现停车空调制冷功能.基于这一思路我们利用Matlab/Simulink分别对非独立式空调系统和独立式电动空调系统进行了模拟仿真,通过对比仿真结果充分说明了独立式电动空调系统,使汽车行车过程中动力性下降,停车时不能使用空调的问题得以解决,也使汽车室内温度更加适宜,舒适性提高.

Abstract:Considering the poor stability of non-independent air-conditioning system, and cannot be used when parking, in-dependent electric air conditioning system and design ideas are proposed in this paper. On the one hand, intelligent control ofthe indoor temperature could be realized by controlling the speed of compressor with fuzzy controller, while on the other hand,parking air conditioning cooling function could be also realized by using the engine-and-motor selective driven compressor in-stead of the engine-driven compressor on the basis of the original system. Based on this idea, we respectively simulate the non-independent air-conditioning system and independent electric air-conditioning system with Matlab/ Simulink, and the resultsshow that independent electric air-conditioning system could lower the power of vehicle in the process of driving, and problemssuch as the air-conditioner cannot be used when parking are also solved, thus the indoor temperature is more suitable andcomfortable.
