摘    要:针对设备系统的远程监控问题,为了减少视频监控数据的网络传输量以及达到智能监控的目的进行了相关技术探索,提出了一种利用计算机视觉来识别圆形指示灯状态以此获取相关监控信息的方法.方法首先对含有圆形指示灯的图像进行图像预处理,提取图像的边缘信息,检测圆形指示灯的数目及各个圆心位置,然后统计各个圆心区域像素点在HSI颜色空间的亮度和色调信息,最后利用统计值来识别指示灯的状态.采用Matlab对方法进行仿真实验,实验结果表明方法能够识别红绿圆形指示灯的状态,具有一定的工程应用价值.
