| 摘 要： | 采用剑桥滤片捕集卷烟主流烟气粒相物中的吡啶、喹啉和苯乙烯,用甲醇溶液萃取,萃取液经0.45μm滤膜后,气相色谱/质谱联用(GC/MS)测定分析卷烟主流烟气粒相物中的吡啶、喹啉和苯乙烯3种半挥发性物质含量,3种物质的线性范围分别为0.6~12.0、0.2~6.0、0.1~0.8μg/mL,检出限分别为0.54、0.03、0.03 ng/cig,相关系数(r2)达到0.995以上。

| Abstract: | Pyridine,quinoline and styrene in mainstream cigarette smoke were collected by Cambridge pad and extracted with CH3OH.The extract was filtered with a 0.45 μm membrane and then analyzed with GC/MS to quantify the three substances.The linear range of the method was 0.6~12.0 μg/mL,0.2~6.0 μg/mL and 0.1~0.8 μg/mL respectively.The detection limit was 0.54 ng/cig,0.03 ng/cig and 0.03 ng/cig respectively.The correlation coefficient was over 0.995. |
