| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等对广东省部分高职院校篮球教师现状进行了深入调研。研究发现：教师进行篮球教学时的主导思想单一;师资队伍以本科学历为主,职称一般为讲师,副教授和教授级别的人群相当少;教师参与篮球学习、培训的机会少,科研积极性低。

| Abstract: | This paper made an in-depth research in the status of basketball teachers in vocational college in Guangdong,by the method of literature and data analysis,interviews,questionnaire survey,statistics and so on.The study found that the following phenomena: First,the teaching ideology is single in basketball course;Second,The composition of teachers are mainly Bachelor,and the job title usually lecturer,associate professor and professor levels relatively small populations;Third,teachers have fewer opportunities... |
