| 摘 要： | 在＂重理轻文＂传统教育观的影响下,我国理工科院校大学生人文精神状况不容乐观。基于我国理工科院校校园人文精神培育机制的现状分析,在借鉴国外理工科院校人文精神培育机制相关经验的基础上,我国理工科院校应在凸显人文课程地位、营造校园人文氛围和提高教师队伍人文素质等方面逐步建立健全人文精神培育的有效机制。
