| 摘 要： | 当前我国经济发展增速减缓,滞涨压力较大,高校大学毕业生就业形势非常严峻。就业困难的原因是多方面的,要解决大学生就业困难问题,需要政府、高校、社会及大学生自身等多方共同努力,努力提高大学生综合素质和学习能力是最直接和最长效的手段之一,也是当务之急。

| Abstract: | Because of the low speed economic development and high pressure by stagflation,the employment situation is very difficult.The hard employment situation is brought by many aspects.Thus it needs co-strength of government,college,and students themselves to solve the problem.After that,it is also an urge to improve comprehensive quality and learning ability as the most direct and long return deals. |
