摘    要:以环氧氯丙烷和磷酸二氢钠为原料合成了3-氯-2-羟基丙磷酸钠,探讨了磷化剂种类、反应配比、反应温度、反应时间和pH值对收率的影响,并用红外光谱与核磁共振谱图对产物的结构进行表征。实验优化条件为:磷化剂为磷酸二氢钠,n(磷酸二氢钠)∶n(环氧氯丙烷)=1.5∶1,反应温度85℃,反应时间7.5 h,收率可达77.94%。

Abstract:Sodium 3-chloro-2-hydroxy propanephosphate was synthesized from epichlorohydrin and sodium dihydrogen phosphate.The affecting factors including different kinds of phosphate,the molar ratio of reactants,the reaction temperature,time and pH value were investigated and optimized.The product was obtained in 77.9% yield and its structure was verified by IR and 1H NMR.
