| 摘 要： | 在详细分析其特性的基础上，以我国建筑工程项目造价管理现状出发，结合市场运行规则，从建筑工程项目造价管理的立项阶段、设计阶段和实施阶段分别予以分析，并结合笔者多年工作经验提出各个阶段管理措施。
