无机组分对抹灰类干混砂浆性能的影响

摘    要:由于传统砂浆的质量不易控制、现场搅拌产生噪音、飞尘等缺点,干混砂浆越来越受到人们的青睐。针对这一现状,对干混砂浆中无机组分种类进行了研究,测试了相同掺量的石灰石石粉、矿粉、海泡石、偏高岭土、膨润土的抹灰类M10干混砂浆的各项性能。比较得出不同无机组分对干混砂浆各项性能的影响,为实际生产提供理论依据。

Abstract:Dry-mixed mortar becomes more and more popular,because the traditional mortar's quality is not easy to control,the mixing produces noise,dust and so on.With respect to this current situation,we do study on the kinds of inorganic components of dry-mixed mortar,and test the properties of the M10 plasted based dry-mixed mortar with the same dosage of limestone powder,mineral powder,sepiolite,metakaolin,bentonite.After comparison,it is concluded that different inorganic components'influence on the properties of dry-mixed mortar,which provides theoretical basis for actual production.
