摘    要:以P204为萃取剂,从镍电解液中萃取除铜。研究了pH、相比(O/A)、P204体积浓度和振荡时间对萃取效果的影响,确定了P204萃取铜的最佳条件。结果表明:随着pH的升高,铜的萃取率增大;相比(O/A)越大萃取分离效果越好;随着P204体积浓度的升高,铜萃取率也相应的升高。室温下P204萃取铜的最佳工艺条件:P204的体积浓度15%,相比(O/A)1∶2,水相初始pH2.0,振荡时间3 min。在此最佳条件下,待处理液的一级萃取率达81.33%。反萃实验中反萃率可达84.97%。

Abstract:Copper was extracted from nickel electrolyte with P204.The effects of pH values of aqueous solution,the phase ratio(O/A),volume concentration of P204 and time of oscillation on the copper extraction ratio were investigated.The results show that the copper extraction ratio depends on the equilibrium pH of the aqueous phase and increases with rise in equilibrium pH.The bigger the O/A ratio is,the better the copper extraction ratio is.With the increasing of the volume concentration of P204,the distribution ratio of copper was increased.The optimum conditions are determined that concentration of P204 in the organic phase is 15%(Volume fraction),the phase ratio(O/A) is 1∶2,pH of the aqueous solution is 2.0 and the time of oscillation is 3 min.Under the optimized operating conditions copper can be extracted effectively and the copper extraction ratio at the first stage reaches 81.33%.Meanwhile,in the following experiments the stripping ratio can reach 84.97%.
