摘    要:针对现行水电厂发电效益评价方法存在的问题,提出了水电厂发电效益评价模型,该模型在已知实际入库流量和电网的峰—谷、丰—枯电价基础上,综合考虑各时段水电厂可用机组台数、机组容量、水库水位、过机流量等约束条件,以年度发电效益最大为目标,优化计算水电厂理想发电收益动态线及电量动态线,并与水电厂实际发电收益及电量对比分析电量及效益差率。实例应用结果表明,电量差率和发电效益差率可直观反映水平厂年度及各月电厂发电任务实际完成情况,对水电厂年度效益评价与绩效考核均起到了较好的指导作用。

Abstract:A new hydropower generation benefit evaluation model is proposed in this paper. The model takes annual maximum generation benefit as the objective and considers the constraints, such as available hydropower unit numbers, unit capacity, unit flow, reservoir water level and unit discharge. Then the ideal dynamic lines of benefit and electric quantity are optimized based on actual inflow and electricity price information. After that, the ideal benefit and electric quantity are compared with actual value of hydropower station. The difference rate can effectively evaluate the actual completion of generation task. Finally, the proposed model is applied to a case of hydropower generation evaluation. The results play a good guide to the annual benefit evaluation and performance appraisal.
