摘    要:为适应水利信息化建设的要求,开发了浙江省水资源综合信息管理系统,该系统以门户网站为依托,包含体系结构设计、系统平台设计、技术路线设计、功能模块设计、系统权限设计、数据库设计、数据安全与接口设计等内容,实现了包括取水口数据查询、排污口数据查询、水功能区查询、禁限采查询、地图查询、统计分析、取水口实时监测及报表定制等功能。实际运行结果表明,该系统较大地提高了对全省水资源的管理和分析能力,使管理部门能迅速、直观、有效地掌握当前的实时取水情况,促进取用水管理的信息化、规范化和集成化。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirement of water conservancy informatization, comprehensive information management system of water resources in Zhejiang Province is developed. Based on the portal website, the system includes system structure design, system platform design, technique route design, function module design, system permission design, database design, and data security and interface design. It has some functions, such as water intake data query, pollution discharge data query, water function area query, ban limited mining query, map query, statistics analysis, water intake real-time monitoring and report custom. Example results show that the system greatly improves management and analysis ability of water resources, which makes management department grasp the situation of real-time water intaking rapidly, intuitively, effectively; it promotes development of informationization, standardization and integration of water management.
