摘    要:分别以TiO2、Cr2O3、B2O3、SiO2、CaF2为试验用活性剂.研究了它们对不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti低功率脉冲激光焊接的影响.结果表明,这些活性剂都能不同程度地增加焊缝熔深,其中B2O3和Cr2O3分别使熔深增加46%和31.7%,同时这两种活性剂还可以改善焊缝表面成形.在活性剂作用下,焊缝显微组织仍由柱状晶和等轴晶组成,但是这两种晶粒的区域会发生变化.活性剂增加焊缝熔深的机理不止一种,但都归结于增加了工件对激光的吸收率.

Abstract:Five kinds of activating fluxes(TiO2, Cr2O3, B2O3, SiO2, CaF2) were used to study their effects on low-power pulse laser welding of stainless steel.The results show that all activating fluxes can deepen the penetration, thereinto, B2O3 and Cr2O3 can deepen the penetration by 46% and 31.7%, respectively, and also improve the surface formation.The activating fluxes increase the absorption ratio of laser power.Under the activating fluxes, the microstructure still consists of equiaxed crystals and columnar crys...
