基于ATmega128的CAN-USB接口适配器的设计

摘    要:针对CAN总线与PC机安全可靠互连的问题,设计了一种基于ATmega128的CAN-USB适配器,给出了微控制器与CAN总线和USB接口的硬件连接以及CAN节点和USB系统的软件实现。该设计硬件结构简单,可靠性高,在工业控制现场可以灵活、高效的完成数据传输,扩展了CAN总线在工业应用中的监控和管理功能,扩展了USB总线在工业控制中的应用。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem how to interconnect the CAN bus and PC safely,a CAN-USB interface adapter is designed based on ATmega128.At the same time,the hardware connection between MCU,CAN bus and USB interface,and the software implementation of CAN node and USB system are both provided.With the simple hardware structure and high reliability,the designed interface adapter can transmit data flexibly and high-efficiently in industrial control.This design also expands the supervision and management function of CAN bus in the industrial application,and expands the application of USB bus in the industrial control.
