| Abstract: | With the gradually transformation to the connotative development of higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to research and explore the power structure and the characteristics of the higher vocational colleges to promote the healtlay and sustainable de- velopment of higher vocational education. And at the same time, it is a must to clarify the allocation of~the administrative power and academic power to lay a good foundation for the internal management mechanism reform of the higher vocational colleges. |
