| 摘 要： | 面对当前中职学生严峻的就业形势，如何加强学生就业心理素质的培养已成为卫生职业学校的重要课题。应从培养就业意识和能力入手，通过育人的理念、环境、实践、教学及指导等多种途径，促进中职学生良好的就业心理素质的养成，真正实现职业学校教育“进口旺出口畅”的最高目标。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, vocational students are facing a more and more severe situation of employment. How to strengthen the cultivation of employment psychological quality of these students has become an important issue of vocational health school. Starting from cultivating employment consciousness and ability, and through the ways like the educational idea, envonmem, practice, teaching, guid- ance and etc., the paper discusses how to promote cultivating good employment psychological quality of the students to achieve the ultimate goal of ＂good admission and good employment＂ for the vocational school education. |
