摘    要:结合IF钢连铸工艺过程,对影响增碳的主要因素进行了分析。结果表明:中间包覆盖剂对增碳量有很大的影响,必须控制中间包覆盖剂碳质量分数小于1%;控制中间包耐材碳质量分数和加覆盖剂操作,可以大大减少增碳量,降低成品碳质量分数。

Abstract:The main factors that influence the carbon pick up are analyzed according with Interstitial Free (IF) Steel continuous casting process. The results show that tundish covering flux influences the carbon pick-up greatly, the carbon content must be controlled below 1%.Control of carbon content of tundish refractory and adding covering flux operation can sharply decrease carbon pick-up and consequently decreasing the product carbon content.
