电动缸广泛应用于各行各业，在冶金行业中也广泛应用于塞棒控制机构、中间包加热装置中。在连铸振动装置中应用电动缸是近十来年的事，由于其工作环境恶劣，不同场合负载差异较大，电动缸在实现使用中往往不能达到预期效果，对影响电动缸使用因素进行研究，通过模拟钢厂负载冷态试验，分析影响电动缸使用关健环节及其选型依据，发挥电动缸的最佳工作状态。

Selection of oscillator electric cylinder for continuous casting machines

Although electric cylinders have its wide utilization in various industries and common use for the stopper control device and the tundish heaters in the metallurgical industry, this type of cylinders have not been selected for the continuous casting oscillator until the recent years. Due to the harsh operation condition and big load difference under different conditions, usually the electric cylinder does not meet the expected requirements. Therefore, this paper analyzes the critical factors of application and selection basis of the electric cylinder by means of simulation of on-load cold test in steel factory, in order to optimize its working status to the most extent.
