| 摘 要： | 本文针对我国的具体国情，研究了一个综合应用静止轨道（ＧＥＯ）和中轨道（ＭＥＯ）卫星的区域卫星移动通信系统，它具有投资少，见效快，风险小等特点，并在此基础上对系统中存在的若干关键技术进行了研究。

| Abstract: | Aimed at the particular national conditions of our country,in this paper we study a kind of area satellite mobile communication system by integration between GEO and MEO which has several advantages,such as less investment needed,profits gained rapidly,and little risk caused.Further we also study several key techniques involved in the system. |
