汽轮机热力系统运行节能分析

摘    要:利用抽汽效率和抽汽热量转换系数,构造了再热机组等效焓降的应用法则,结合ABB机组热力系统的特点,对机组运行中疏水热量利用不足、加热器端差增大、高加旁路泄漏、再热器减温喷水等因素,进行了局部定量分析。结论对电厂节能工作具有指导意义。

Abstract:Based on the extraction steam efficiency and heat transfer coefficient, the practical principles of analyzing reheat unit by equivalent enthalpy drop are proposed in this paper. Then, the proposed principles are applied to analyze the effect of some local changes of an ABB system to operation economics. The analyzed local changes include the heat loss of drain water, the increment of heater terminal temperature difference, the leakage to high pressure heater bypass and the increment of reheat spray water. The analyzed results may be helpful to the energy saving of power plants.
