| 摘 要： | 本例轴承在使用过程中，多次发生滚子碎裂造成轴承早期失效。通过对该现象的解剖和分析，确定原因为用户选型不当，使轴承超负荷工作，滚子受冷挤压产生塑性变形和加工硬化，造成轴承早期失效。

| Abstract: | In the case of the 22208CA bearing application,the early failures were repeated due to crack of the rollers.By analysis of this appearance,it shows that the cause is improper choice of bearing type,then the bearing worked under overload,so that the plastic defomation and work hardening could be occurred. |
