摘    要:住宅外墙渗漏影响到住户的使用,必须要分析渗漏原因,找准防治对策,采取必要的施工措施,以达到防水抗渗的目的.钢筋混凝土墙体本身、钢筋混凝土外墙填充墙、装饰面主体施工墙墙体轴线偏差,外立面孔洞,预埋件铝合金窗周边等都能引起渗漏.导致外墙渗漏因素很多,涉及到材料、设计、施工等方面,要针对不同的原因采取相应的措施,全面控制外墙渗漏必须编制外墙防水方案,严格控制每个施工环节、每个施工部位的检查落实.

Abstract:Tongbai pumped storage power station is located in Xixia township of Tiantai county, Zhejiang province. In accordance with requirements in the documents for inviting tenders for Tongbai pumped storage power station, in situ production tests of filling materials for the dam construction should be conducted to guarantee the filling quality for the dam of the upper reservoir. All the targets for roller compaction parameters of filling materials for the main dam and associated dams of the upper reservoir were determined through in situ roller compaction tests. The test bases, the sources and components of test materials, and the test methods and processes are presented in this paper. The optimum water content, roller compaction passes and layer thickness of loosely spread filling materials were obtained through trial and investigation. Various parameters of earth rock materials were finally determined through tests, meeting construction requirements.
