餐厅管理中的情感管理

摘    要:情感管理是以人为本管理理念的具体应用,充分体现为对人的尊重、理解和关心,在餐厅实施情感管理有利于营造快乐工作的氛围,增强员工的归属感和忠诚感,减少员工流失率。文章阐述了在餐厅管理中实施情感管理的必要性和意义,并提出了实施情感管理的具体措施和方法。

Abstract:As a specific application of people-oriented management concept, emotion management represents re-spect, understanding and care for people. With so many employees in a restaurant, emotion management is con-ducive to creating a happy working atmosphere, enhancing staffs sense of belonging and loyalty, and reducing staff loss rate. This paper expounds the necessity and significance of emotion management in restaurant manage-ment, and puts forward specific measures and methods of emotion management.
