| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了1#高炉大修控制系统的编程、安装与调试,完成炉顶、矿槽、本体、热风炉、布袋除尘PLC系统上下位程序编制与组态、直流调速装置改造、各系统打点调试及通讯网络的规划与调试工作。投运后控制系统程序运行稳定,控制功能完整、逻辑运行可靠。

| Abstract: | This article introduces the programming, installation and debugging of the control system for No. 1 blast furnace. After the PLC system programming and configuration for arch, mine shafts, body, blast stove and bag filter, DC adjustablespeed device transformation, RBI commissioning of various systems, planning and commissioning work for communications network were completed, the control system runs stably with integral control function and reliable operation logic. |
