锌电积阳极泥中锌金属的回收试验研究

摘    要:通过研究锌电解阳极泥的性质、特点,选择合理的"脱锌"流程,并且开展试验研究,重点考察温度、液固比、时间、搅拌方式以及洗涤方式对洗锌效果的影响,并且通过综合试验确定适合实际生产的工艺控制条件。研究证明:锌电解阳极泥洗锌后渣中的锌含量降低到0.1%以下,锰、铅、锶和银的品位都得到了提升,锰还是以二氧化锰的形式存在于洗锌渣中,锶和钙以硫酸盐形式存在,洗锌工艺过程中不存在三废问题,锌的回收率超过97%,具有较高的推广价值。

Abstract:In this paper, the properties of zinc electrolytic anode slime characteristics, zinc " process de select reasonable" , and carry out experimental study investigated, temperature, liquid to solid ratio, time, stirring and washing method of washing efficiency of zinc, and through the integrated test to determine the suitable conditions of actual production process control. Research shows that: zinc anode mud washing zinc zinc content in slag decreased to below 0.1% , Mn, Pb, Sr and silver grade have been upgrading, manganese is present in the washing zinc in manganese dioxide forms, strontium and calcium in the form of sulfate, the washing zinc process does not exist in the waste problem, zinc recovery rate more than 97% , and has higher popularization value.
