| 摘 要： | 快速液压缸是在主活塞中设置了一个用于完成快速进给运动的快进柱塞缸。这种油缸嵌套油缸的液压缸结构容易出现渗漏、密封损坏、结构损坏和油缸不动作的故障。如果采用改变缸体结构设计和安装方式,另外对快速柱塞缸的上升到位保护装置进行改造,那么快速液压缸的实际效能和使用寿命将会得到明显提高。

| Abstract: | High-speed hydraulic cylinder is equipped with a high-speed plunger-type cylinder in the main piston. This nested oil cylinder structure is prone to leakage, seal damage, structure damage and failure of oil cylinder movement. By changing the cylinder body structure design and installation, in addition to upper point protection device for the high speed hydratdic cylinder, the actual performance and service life of the high-speed hydraulic cylinder will be improved obviously. |
