| 摘 要： | 伴随“体验旅游”时代的来临，传统的旅游服务将受到挑战。同样，原有的旅游人才培养方式也需要进行相应的调整和改革。文章通过分析体验旅游时代对人才的要求，进而从人才培养目标、人才培养规格、教学模式改革、教师队伍建设及考评方式五个方面提出了创新措施，以满足新形势下对旅游人才的需求。

| Abstract: | The development of experiential tourism will pose increasing challenges for traditional tourist serv-ices, which makes it necessary to adjust and reform the current educational mode for tourism students. This pa-per analyzes the demands of the experiential era for tourism professionals before suggesting measures to cater for the demands in terms of educational objectives, standards, teaching mode reform, teaching faculty develop-ment and evaluation. |
