| 摘 要： | 通过对施工项目的准备工作，将资金使用计划按项目构成、时间进度进行分解，编制施工项目资金使用计划，并结合在某施工项目中的应用，优化施工组织设计，降低了资金投入的峰值，提高了施工企业经济效益，可为承包商投标的风险分析、资金的筹措与管理，以及为业主合理安排资金等方面提供一定的帮助。

| Abstract: | In preparatory work, the fund should be rationed according to the composition of the planned items and their process. A careful fund utilization plan should be made. In connection with the actual situation, we should optimize the construction organization design, lower the investment risk and improve the enterprise's economic benefit. This will be a great help for the investors in the investment analysis, the reasonable budget and management of capital. |
