摘    要:强力旋压是制造薄壁简形件的一种高效加工方法,但在加工过程中会受到很多工艺参数的影响。为改善加工工艺和提高产品质量,对包括旋轮形状在内的几种影响较大的工艺参数进行了分析比较,论证了工艺参数的选取与产品生产缺陷之间的内在规律,提出了可行的选取方式。认为:旋轮形状参数要依据理论公式和经验在一定范围内选择;旋轮进给比要考虑壁厚减薄率、管坯厚度、旋轮直径以及圆角半径等因素的影响,通常在0.5mm/r~1.5mm/r之间选取;普通简形件采用多道次成形,道次减薄率应逐渐增大,道次减薄量由大到小递减;带内筋筒形件采用大减薄率一道次成形或采用不同的芯模实现预成形和终成形;旋压力的大小要综合考虑其它工艺参数的变化情况,合理施加。这样,经过一定的调整就可以加工出质量较好的产品,从而为该工艺提供了一定的技术支持和理论保证。

Abstract:Power spinning is a highly efficient processing method to make cylinders of thin wall. But it will be influenced by many kinds of processing parameters. In order to improve the processing technology and the product quality, several processing parameters, which can greatly influence the process are selected to make the analysis and corn parison. The inherent laws between the spinning processing parameters selection and the product production flaw have been proved, it puts forward some feasible processing parameters selection modes. The conclusion is that the shape pa- rameter of roller must be chosen within the scope of the theory formula and experience, the ratio of feeding must consider the influence of percent thickness reduction, pipe billet thickness, roller diameter, radius of curvature and so on. Usually they are selected between 0. 5mm/r and 1.5mm/ r. Ordinary cylinders are shaped by multi-passes, the thickness reduction ratio should be increased gradually, the thickness reduction size should be decreased progressively; Cylinders with inner ribs are shaped in one pass using big thickness reduction ratio or use different mandrels to realize the preliminary shape and the final forming. The spinning force must considerate the influence of every kind of process parameters. Thus, good quality product can be processed after adjustment, which provides a certain technical support and the theory guarantee for this process.
