“多表合一”采集终端功能检测系统设计与应用

摘    要:针对电力用户用电信息采集系统“多表合一”采集终端技术规范的检测需求,设计了一种具有采集终端性能测试、带载和功耗测试、互换性测试等功能的检测系统。该系统采用模块化设计,以工控机为主控单元,通过人机交互单元、采集终端功能检测单元、配套通信单元功能检测单元、通信接口性能检测单元、功耗检测单元、实体/虚拟表单元、纹波取样单元、杂散取样单元、示波器、频谱仪、射频源、基带调制单元实现对“多表合一”采集终端的标准化检测。测试表明,该系统满足“多表合一”采集终端技术规范的检测要求且工作稳定。

Abstract:Aiming at the requirements of "multi-meter unification" acquisition terminal technical specification for power user electric energy data acquisition system, a detection system was designed. The detection system has the function of acquisition terminal performance test,load and power consumption test, interchangeability test. Using the modular design thinking,selecting industrial personal computer as the main control unit,combining with human-computer interaction unit,acquisition terminal and matching module function detection unit, communication interface performance detection unit, power consumption detection unit,entity/virtual meter unit, ripple and stray sampling unit, oscilloscope, spectrum meter, RF source,baseband modulation unit,detecting multi-meter unification" acquisition terminal by standardized method. The experiment shows that the system meets the requirements of "multi-meter unification" acquisition terminal technical specification and is reliable.
