摘    要:以磷化渣中提纯出的磷酸铁、乙醇为原料, 利用溶剂热法制备催化剂, 并在高温下对催化剂进行改性处理。研究不同体系、不同加热时间、改性前后对罗丹明B 的光催化效果的影响。利用X 射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM) 对其所得样品进行表征, 并用所得样品在光催化装置中进行光催化降解试验。通过对实验结果的分析表明: 乙醇与磷酸铁发生反应后所得产物有较好的光催化活性, 高温煅烧改性之后的样品光催化活性更好。利用磷酸铁制备出的催化剂进行光催化降解罗丹明B, 有利于解决我国印染废水中有机染料的处理与处置问题, 对保护环境, 减少环境污染有着积极的作用。

Abstract:The hydrothermal method was used to prepare the catalyst with iron phosphate purified from phosphating slag and ethanolas raw materials, and the catalyst was modified at high temperature. The effects of different systems, different hydrothermal times anddifferent catalyst contents on the photocatalytic performance of Rhodamine B were studied. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanningelectron microscopy (SEM) were used to characterize the samples. Photocatalytic degradation tests of the samples were performedusing a photocatalytic device. The analysis of the experimental results shows that the product obtained after the hydrothermal reactionof ethanol and iron phosphate has good photocatalytic activity, and the photocatalytic activity of the sample after high temperaturecalcination is better. The new type of catalyst prepared from ferric phosphate is used for photocatalytic degradation of Rhodamine B,which has solved the problem of the treatment and disposal of printing and dyeing wastewater in China, and has a positive effect onprotecting the environment and reducing environmental pollution.
