摘    要:双向交直流变换器的故障容错运行能力可有效提高其可靠性。综合考虑双向变换器直流侧电压调节及变换器容错运行控制,本文提出一种双有源桥(DAB)级联容错三相四开关变换器(FSTP)的两级式结构及其四矢量下的模型预测功率控制策略。当变换器桥臂发生故障时,前级DAB结构可提高直流电压,后级FSTP结构能够保证变换器的可持续容错连续运行。与传统无容错变换器方案相比,本文所设计的结构及控制方法能够升高直流电压且具有故障容错运行能力,保证双向交直流变换器在桥臂故障下能够持续可靠运行。通过与传统无容错变换器的仿真及实验对比,验证了本文所设计的结构及控制策略的有效性和可靠性。

Abstract:The fault-tolerant operation ability of bidirectional AC / DC converter can effectively improve its reliability. Considering the DC-side voltage regulation and the fault-tolerant operation control of bidirectional converter, a two-stage converter structure that the double active bridge (DAB) cascades the fault-tolerant three-phase four-switch structure (FSTP) and the four vectors model predictive power control strategy are proposed. The DAB is used to increase the DC side voltage when the switching devices have fault. The FSTP structure is used to achieve fault-tolerant operation with phase fault. Comparing with the traditional converter without fault-tolerant structure, the proposed structure and control method can increase the DC voltage and realize fault-tolerant operation, which ensure that bidirectional AC / DC converter can operate reliably with phase fault. The simulation and experimental comparisons with traditional converter verify the effectiveness and reliability of the proposed structure and strategy.
