| 摘 要： | 针对船舶动力远程决策系统对信息通信的需求，本文基于现有大型船舶通信系统和北斗卫星通信系统，提出了两种切实可行的总体构想，并梳理了远程通信需要解决的关键技术。 所提总体构想可为解决船舶动力远程决策系统的信息通信问题提供研制思路。
