摘    要:构建房地产宏观调控政策效果评价模型,将房价和房地产市场发展结合,对1998-2009年我国房地产宏观调控政策效果进行综合评价,得出由于政策反复、缺乏一致性等原因,政策效果并不理想,在我国目前的环境下,鼓励性政策产生的影响大于抑制性政策。

Abstract:The paper establishes a evaluation model on real estate macro control policy effect,to combine the housing price and real estate market development,and the effect of China real estate macro control policy from 1998 to 2009 is evaluated by this model.The results show that the effect is unfavorable because of lack consistency of policy,and the effect of stimulating policy is greater than the one of inhibitory policy.
