| 摘 要： | 介绍品质住宅的内涵,利用调查问卷及其他相关的统计数据,借助层次分析法分析浙江省品质住宅建设障碍性因素状况,确定影响品质住宅建设的特征因素的权重,据此对行政、社会、技术、经济和园区服务管理因素进行权值计算,并提出推进品质住宅建设的对策建议.
