In the past year,although the country has issued a series of policy guidance to stabilize housing price,but the house price still showed better situation.In the future,China's real estate market development is still a topic people most concern about.From the introduction of the national new policies in January 2011,this paper analyses the impact on the real estate market,and then provides reference for consumers to buy housing or renting.
