| 摘 要： | 文章首先介绍山地住宅小区的基本特征、可能的问题及开发山地住宅小区的主要内容,然后从7个方面对山地住宅小区的规划设计进行分析,之后从管理模式、施工组织和建设时序等方面对山地住宅小区的建设开发进行重点研究,提出积极建议,最后举两个项目进行案例研究。
