| 摘 要： | 工程主体结构应由总承包人自行完成是我国工程法律制度中的一项重要规定。通过对这一规定进行合理解释,确定三项解释原则。认为该规定是规范建设主体交易行为、保障工程质量安全的重要措施,应当严格遵守和执行。
