| 摘 要： | 从我国轨道交通建设工程的特点和质量管理现状出发,基于ISO9000提出一套科学系统的城市轨道交通建设工程质量管理体系,包括全寿命期管理、全过程管理、全要素管理及全方位管理并提出质量管理体系的实施建议。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the characteristics of urban rail transit construction.According to the status in quality management general situation,a scientific system of urban rail transit construction project quality management system based on ISO9000 is proposed.It includes the life cycle management,the whole process management,the all factors management,and the all parties management.Then puts forward implement suggestions. |
