| Abstract: | Facing the foreign complex construction environment, this paper summarized and analyzed the management of machanical equipment in overseas projects, combining some overseas construction experience. Mechanical equipment management includes planning, selection, procurement, transportation, installation, training, use, maintenance, repair, scrap, and several other links. |
